Home made Sushi
Friday, July 16, 2010, 11:37:00 PM
Received a message from my dearest baby sister. Saying that she don't have enough break time the next day and requested if I can make her sushi to bring to school. And without hesitation, my answer is yes!
So, purchased the ingredients from the market place at City Hall. Yeap, I know its expensive there but had no choice cause it's so late at night already! By the time I reach home would be too late.

Tamago!

Japanese Rice. I think it's too wet. Oops

Crab stick and Japan cucumber.

Seaweed

"baby" brand mayonnaise

Preparing.. gloves, sharp knife and the wooden roller. Sharp knife is a must because the appearance of the maki depends on how nicely it is chopped!

Final product! I did 2 lunch boxes full of sushi. One for my baby sister to bring to school; another one for my older sister to bring to work. How good to have me right?! HAHA

And I did all these until 2am.
