Royal China @ Raffles

Enjoyed last weekend with hippo and family at Royal China @ Raffles. It's my 3rd visit there if I'm not wrong. Not able to afford myself but only joined in for some really yummy dim sum. I bet this place has the best Dim Sum in Singapore. (:

Great ambience as well. People who are visiting, it's actually located at Raffles Hotel. Not suppose to wear flip-flops or beach wear. It has to be at least a smart casual (:

Whole stretch of dining tables. It's just so magical, just like dining in fairyland.

We had a table at the side.

Their counter that the waitresses in chinese traditional costumes stationed themselves at.

I had very few pictures of the Dim Sum that we ordered. It's pretty malu to take the pictures. A few will do the work.

Actually I still prefer my grandma's dumpling!

I feel really blessed to dine there not once but thrice already. If I had to dine there, I think I will get bankrupt or maybe end up in their kitchen.. Washing plates?

Wonderful lunch. I remembered, I was super sleepy after this meal. HAHA. All of us were.!

After my Tax lesson in the morning, waited awhile for xiaoling and proceeded to kim gary @ tampines 1 to look for the rest. Since we are having tax lecture later on, we need to eat quickly in order to rush back in time. Still, we are late haha!

Libing and Man ning sharing baked rice with white and red sauce. And their drinks (:

Xiaoling and I ordered milk tea. We were saying why their milk tea have such a dark colour. It's actually yuan yang. Then, got them to change for us. :D

I prefer design school milk tea. HAHA

My baked rice! Pretty nice but the portion was too big for me to finish them all. I love the cheesie parts~

The birthday girl - Shi lin.

She's holding on to the presents we had for her. It's actually a box of sweets. She loves sweets thats why. HAHA. Wondering how fast she could finish them all.

Shopping around with family and bought Chanel-inspired earings and some blouses. Hopefully, I'm able to bring in limited Chanel-inspired earings for my new collection. Some inside information: Upcoming collection will be our anniversary collection! (:

It's been a year. Unbelievable.

Departed with my family and head over to Liang court for dinner at Tampopo. Reached there ahead of hippo. Waited for him before I can order my food. That's quite a hard time because of the temptation of the aroma!

Tea served. Menu given.

Give long skirt a try for a virgin time. Hippo gave positive comments. What do you think?

Awkward to feel the dress rubbing against my calf all the time. Since hippo like it, I shall buy more of it and get use to wearing long skirts.

Warm tea warms my stomach first. It's too good especially for someone having their period, just like I do.

Outfit for the day!

A voucher from Jumbo. $50 off! That's alot man! LOL.

Off to enjoy dinner at Buddy Hoagies. I'm so eager to have their grilled salmon with 2 selected choices of sides.

The vintage feel of pictures hanging around the entire cozy place.

Look at the menu first. Spotted their starters. So, have a bowl of soup to warm up my stomach first. Tried their clam chowder. Still, I prefer mushroom soup.

Hippo's twirled sausage and their roti- potato. The sausage gave me a thought of the delifrance bread.

Long-awaited grilled salmon is here. With mashed potato, onion rings and chicken wings. Like the wings but it's pretty hard to bite. So the sweetest hippo ever, helped me peel off the skins and tear small little pieces for me!

Not to forget their desserts. Brownie with ice cream and the falls of chocolate sauce and generous sprinkles of chocolate chips. Excellent to end a meal with.

Looking forward to every weekends to meet hippo. The happiness of looking for good food, chatting and catching up being done for the entire week. Can't help but just loving him.

Rented push cart for a day at TP. Shared half the cost with Man ning and libing. I love sharing! There's more to sell, the more we get passer-bys attention. The sales that day was not too bad. I think Man ning did earn alot. HAHA.

All ready... Pictures and racks.

Of course I need someone to tend the cart because I have lessons on! So, my sister took a day off specially. Thanks!
